SHIPPING: (note UPS does not deliver on saturdays)

Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST will be processed in the next 1-3 business days.

The day your order is placed is not counted in shipping transit time.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Items ship from warehouses usually in 1-3 business days and usually arrive to destination in 5-7 business days.

For Hawaii and Alaska orders please choose Alaska & Hawaii as the shipping option when checking out.

There will a 6.6% tax added if order is shipping to Utah.

Returns: For all hot sauce/salsa/nacho packs and food products they must be filed within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any product in its original, unopened condition. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges for returns unless product is a verifiable error and digital picture is sent to GourmetMikes.Com - If damaged during shipping, which would require a claim to be filed with appropriate shipper. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions.

To start the process please Send an email including return information to gourmetmikesinfo@gmail.com indicate the order number and we will ensure the situation will be handled in a timely manner.

Returns: For all other Merchandise

All claims must be filed within 14 business days from purchase of merchandise.

Please send an email to gourmetmikesinfo@gmail.com including information for reason of return.

GourmetMikes reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.

All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received and unopened. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping your merchandise.

Please include a brief note explaining the reason for the return when sending a digital picture as well as the correct option for either a replacement or refund.

All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
